Managing Director

Tannaz Grant founded TMG International in 2008 after a four year tenure at United Technologies (UTX) as the Director of Global Product Strategy for Carrier Corporation's $2.5B International Residential business unit serving markets across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.  Previously, Tannaz worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, now Booz & Co., in New York City.  At Booz, Tannaz advised Fortune 500 companies in several industries, including Industrial Products, Defense, Automotive, and Media, on both growth strategies and operational effectiveness.  Tannaz has also worked as a Manufacturing and Quality Engineer at Ford Motor Company.

Tannaz earned an MBA in Global Operations Management from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.  Tannaz is a member of the European Baha'i Business Forum and served on its Governing Board for two years.

Partner

Piero Morano co-founded TMG International. He is currently the Director of Supply Chain at Epoch International, a high- tech and electronic manufacturing services company with offices in California, USA and Dalian, China. Piero has responsibility over global procurement and sourcing, logistics and import/export, material control and warehousing, and supplier incoming quality. Prior to this role, Piero worked for United Technologies at the World Headquarters of Carrier Corporation since 2005 as Information Technology Group Manager. Between 1997 and 2005 Piero worked with Accenture in the New York City and Milan, Italy offices with responsibility for technology applications in the supply chain area.

Piero earned a Laurea in Ingegneria Civile (Masters degree in Civil Engineering) from the Politecnico di Bari in Italy.  Piero is a member of the European Baha'i Business Forum and served on the Board of EBBF branches in Italy and New York City.
